Sometimes your true calling in life isn’t entirely apparent until an opportunity appears right in front of you. For Victoria, this is partly how she founded Clinically Media in 2017. What started as freelance marketing jobs for pharmaceutical companies and biotech firms, turned into a network of companies needing assistance with larger projects, including the formidable task of recruiting patients for clinical trials.

Victoria attended the University of Colorado – Boulder to study Psychology and English. The Boulder startup scene ignited her fascination with the power of marketing and the thrill of starting a company. As her network and reputation grew, her freelance work snowballed into more opportunities than Victoria could handle alone. It was here that Clinically Media was born.

Victoria saw beyond this opportunity to generate more revenue by leveraging a team beyond her own expertise. She set out to elevate the level of healthcare that everyone receives by connecting patients to potentially life saving treatments. Patient recruitment and retention is more than just enrolling the participants who are the easiest to recruit. It is about enrolling patients whose participation truly improves the standard of care for all patients. Clinically Media’s purpose is to make the lives of everyone involved in clinical research easier — the pharmaceutical companies, the research sites, the patients, and everyone in between.

Victoria continues to build upon the success of Clinically Media by building deep connections in the local and national biotech and pharmaceutical industry. She knows how large scale projects impact the individuals in need of better treatment options and understands the challenges involved in conducting clinical research. She builds relationships with sincerity and a fine tuned ear to the needs of the companies with whom she partners. She is always driven to be challenged and draws inspiration from her mother who has always demonstrated strong follow through and leadership skills. Victoria guides the Clinically Media team with this mindset in order to get the best results for their partners.

Colleen has been involved in marketing and advertising her whole career. For her, it’s not a job, it’s a passion. Born and raised in Milwaukee, WI, Colleen has always been a natural creative. Drawing inspiration from the landmark marketing campaigns of Apple, she chose to learn and apply a diverse collection of skills to become a pertinent asset wherever her career might take her. During her college years, worked in retail for Apple and interned with various advertisement and PR agencies to hone her craft in Los Angeles where she first found her voice for pushing novel ideas. In a time where companies were still learning how to use social media as an effective marketing and PR tool, Colleen proved to be more than just an intern by showcasing how impactful social media can truly be. Her showcase of skill and ambition did not go unnoticed as TBWA, Apple’s dedicated advertising agency, hired her on as a full-time employee upon finishing her internship. Colleen would go on to work with companies big and small; excelling in content marketing, public relations, graphic design, and brand strategy. 
 
About ten years ago, looking for a change of pace in her personal and professional life, Colleen moved to the Aspen Valley in Colorado. Eventually, she ran her own marketing consulting firm where she began her working relationship with Victoria Donovan. With her versatile knowledge base in marketing and management experience, Colleen is a perfect fit as the Chief Marketing Officer of Clinically Media. With Clinically Media, Colleen hopes to progress access and inclusion for clinical trials. She always works to educate our partners on the importance of creative and versatile marketing tools in their patient recruiting efforts. The basis of her marketing strategy is to find the “why” behind every decision made by her and her marketing team in order to always be self-evaluating and striving for tangible goals. She loves the tight-knit team with Clinically Media as it perpetuates a culture of working for each other and sincere praise of quality work.

Seth Palmer

Marketing Manager

Seth recently joined the team but is looking to make an immediate impact as a Marketing Manager with Clinically Media. Seth comes from a diverse professional background including healthcare marketing, sales, food and beverage management, and media production. He was born and raised in Wisconsin and moved to Denver, Colorado in 2016. He received a Bachelors in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. After living and working in Madison, Seth moved to Denver to pursue his MBA in Marketing at the University of Colorado – Denver. Before joining Clinically Media, he worked as a marketing specialist for a nationally-recognized, infusion therapy company.
 
Seth has never been afraid of new challenges or taking leaps of faith in his career and his personal life. It has helped grow his ability to think on his feet and think outside the box. He is always willing to lead when called upon or make contributions to a greater team. Seth has seen the mission and values of Clinically Media align with his own and feels like a natural fit with the team. He hopes to bring new ideas, creativity, and an ability to make even the most mundane projects fun. Working with a small team allows him to easily learn the ins and outs of clinical research, as he’s been able to jump right in to making a difference.

Lyly Pham

Working out of her home state of Massachusetts, Lyly has been working with Clinically Media as a graphic designer while finishing her degree in Interactive Media at Clark University, since late 2020. Recently graduated, Lyly is ready to work fulltime as Clinically Media’s exclusive graphic designer with her unique visual perspectives in both print and online design. Social media graphics, flyers, branding identities, animations, and more are all covered by Lyly’s skill set.

Lyly’s family emigrated from Vietnam, planting roots in central Massachusetts where Lyly was born and raised, fostering her interest in art and creativity at a young age. She was drawn away from more traditional education by her teachers who went beyond educating straight from a textbook. To get a jump on her true interests, she enrolled in a vocational high school for graphic design where she began the journey toward her eventual career. Lyly loves the idea that she can leverage her passions in art and design in order to contribute to the greater progress of clinical research. Lyly will continually dive more into new design styles and trends. She loves staying up to date with the latest trends in graphic design, whether it’s trying out those new styles for Clinically Media or for her personal projects. She likes a challenge where she can push herself out of her comfort zone and try out new styles that she may have never done before. With the doors now open to new opportunities upon the completion of her degree, Lyly is excited about future opportunities and experiences in her personal life and her role with Clinically Media.
